Seems like my body is keeping up a bad fight against my no fap challenge! This occasional UTI is killing me! And yes I had my meds etc… but still this thing is killing me with pain and leaving me with thoughts like ‘No fap is of no use etc…’
I got kidney stones when I did serious NoFap for the first time lasting a few weeks. It was preceded by experience of extreme anger as well around those days. All these things are connected - rewire isn’t easy and there are going to be physical and emotional manifestations. Take heart and carry on on your NoFap journey.
These problems are due to other things. Do not relate them to nofap.
