## Checking in ā Day 4/7

1. Waking Up Early - 7am or before(6:30am)
2. Meditation for aleast 5 minutes.
3. I will write 5 Affirmation/Gratitude in my diary daily.
4. Book Reading (SLIGHTLY EDGE by Jeff Olson)
Everyday for atleast for 30min.
5. No social media(no Pinterest)
btw I donāt use social media(like Facebook, insta & other) but I use this Pinterest app occasionally. This may become trigger .
6. No using phone while sleeping on bed/alone in room (I can use it by sitting in Hall)
7. Sleep time must be 6 hrs not more than thatā¦!!
Sleep time before 12am. (I will report this tomorrow)

Yesterday i completed all task brother

Woke up early
No pmo
Solved 20 problems
Yesterday total point = +3

My current score for complete 4 days = +2+1+2 +3 +3
= +11

I can tell you how much you earned
Day 1:- 2 task completed one failed= +1+1-1=2-1= +1
Day 2:- 4 task completed 0 failed =+1+1+1+1=+4
Day 3:- 2 task completed one failed= +1+1-1=2-1= +1
Day 4:- 3 task completed 0 failed= +1+1+1=+3

So total points are +9points

Study: I did not do this task, at all.
Reading: Instead of the thousand splendid suns i am going for `The Power of your subconscious mind`
No Sleeping During Day: my dad was ill all day, couldnāt sleep not that i wanted to.
No Movies/Series: I failed at this

Check in Day 5/7
So it will take a lot of honesty from my side to admit that today Was not at all a productive day for meā¦ And all the Habits that I was meant to do, I did not follow any of itā¦
But lying wonāt helpā¦ It would have been better if for a month I didnāt lieā¦ today could have been a start of itā¦ Anywhoo I will still list all of the habits and take an extra pain just for a simple reason of bringing back sanity in me!!

Wake up time : 8:01/ slept at : approx. :2 am
Prayer
Exercise
Study
No sleeping during the day
No movies/Series : I binged all day!!

I know that it is not something to be proud of but in the end it is oddly satisfying to be honest upfrontā¦

Hopeful of following all of my set habits soonā¦

Hoping to come back on Sunday even strongerā¦ Lemme know
However please donāt fix Saturday as a rest day for meā¦iāll have a clearer mindset once this flatline is done for, Make Saturday an exception, just Once
