1. Waking Up Early - 7am or before(6:30am)
2. Meditation for aleast 5 minutes.
3. I will write 5 Affirmation/Gratitude in my diary daily.
4. Book Reading (SLIGHTLY EDGE by Jeff Olson)
Everyday for atleast for 30min.
5. No social media(no Pinterest)
btw I donāt use social media(like Facebook, insta & other) but I use this Pinterest app occasionally. This may become trigger .
6. No using phone while sleeping on bed/alone in room (I can use it by sitting in Hall)
7. Sleep time must be 6 hrs not more than thatā¦!!
Sleep time before 12am. (I will report this tomorrow)

So it will take a lot of honesty from my side to admit that today Was not at all a productive day for me⦠And all the Habits that I was meant to do, I did not follow any of itā¦
But lying wonāt help⦠It would have been better if for a month I didnāt lie⦠today could have been a start of it⦠Anywhoo I will still list all of the habits and take an extra pain just for a simple reason of bringing back sanity in me!!
