I feel like I can’t go on anymore.
I wake up to a day or so then I get back to porn again.
I had just come off from 15 days. Now I have relapsed 5 days in a row. I’m struggling with this.
Forgive me guys for letting you down but I’m not sitting here letting this be my sealed fate. JESUS CHRIST HELP ME.

We are all rotten brother. We cannot help oursleves, that’s why we need Christ. Look to Him for help.
Also, you are facing the chaser effect. That’s why it’s so hard for you.
So you have to take VERY SERIOUS ACTION so that you some how cross 7 days.
Do whatever you want but cross atleast one week
It will be many inconvenices, like stop social media for a week, remove search engines, social media from your phone, etc.
It’s a hard life style. But it’s a man’s lifestyle. Boys can’t survive this lifestyle. They need their comforts. But we are warriors for Christ. The end result is always worth it.

Live day by day. Promise yourself that you mustn’t relapse today only. We will see what’s tomorrow. Today you mustn’t relapse. Plan your day with activities so that you don’t have free time.
