  • Urges are getting weaker.
  • i studied today.and probably all goes according to what i planned yesterday.i wasn’t able to concentrate at start but later somehow i did.
  • going to start workout soon.
  • Starting new habits is the only thing that can fill the hole.

  • I don’t know what happened i woke up in the morning and i got sudden urge …like i don’t get urge last 2 days and suddenly it happen and i opened screen again🤦🏻 literally watched 5min then i come back to my senses and closed the screen

  • i am getting very strong urges.and it becomes very hard to fight them.today i get very strong urge.i was going to caught in that i edged a bit .but i wake up my mind i go outside.and take a walk n calm down.
