I was a pretty heavy user in just the past couple years, before I knew about it but it wasn’t really an addiction yet.
Started pmo when I was 12, now almost 18. Just shy of 6 years. I started attempting to get over this addiction a few months ago when I saw my parents struggling with addictions of their own, and I decided I would do better or end up like them.
I started at age 11, and masturbated about 3 times (or more) a day until 15 years. After that, I’ve been doing it 3 times a week avg, but my porn consumption is still really high since I can’t help to watch it every day. I’m 21 now.
I started 2 years … but i am trying to quit it forver from 1 year… SO SOMEONE PLEASE HEPL ME

I do not watch porn as i dont like it . Because nocturnal ejaculation happens when i see it…
