Damn your family history seems strong actually :sweat_smile:.
Here my dad just have some hair left on his head,y uncle (tau ji) a little better but not full, one of my mamas very less hair, other good hair.
Hairloss runs in our family, I am slowly losing hair. But I am making my peace with it slowly, I still have ok hair, if they fall beyond a certain limit I’m gonna go completely bald :joy::sunglasses:.

I m recommending you according to India :–
● Eggs
● Nuts (or nut butters)
● Seeds (Mainly Chia, pumpkin, flax)
● Carrots
● Spinach and Amla
● Seasonal Fruits
● If you are non-vegetarian then Fish(especially salmon)
● High in protein foods like pulses, dairy products, chicken (if non-vegetarian), etc

There are so many others but I recommend you these. For more options you can search on web.
Don’t include all suddenly in your diet, pick some of them and infuse them slowly in your diet.

There’s actually a logic behind semen retention leading to better hair and external appearance I posted about it once, lemme tag you in that thread if I find it, you might find that comforting because I sure did.

There’s 100% relation between Semen Retention and hairs, external appearance.
According to me --:
Simple logic is - Hairs are not essential for our living or proper functioning of body. So whenever nutritional deficiency comes or mental burden like Stress, Depression, Anxiety comes body will protect and provide care to main organs or for those who is essential for living. So when we do Excessive masturbation or any damaging thing to body it’ll firstly be visible to our non essential things like Hairs, Skin, Nails, Lips, etc.
So follow everything that I mentioned above with NoFap or Semen Retention @Praghosh

I am waking up late now from a few days. Even my productivity and enthusiasm has diminished from the last few days. Gotta keep up the guard.
I am going to put my best efforts for the upcoming sem exams and my future prep. I need more control on my “faltu talks” with my so called ‘friends’. The thing is that lone people like me get easily carried away with flattering people and give them ours valuable time. I read this quote somewhere which made me understand and contemplate my actions.

A few percentage also goes for dancing :joy:.
There’s atleast one drunk uncle dancing in every wedding here.
And some people like me dance without getting drunk just to show off our moves :sunglasses::joy:
But yeah for delicious food I 100% agree with. Wedding food is da best :orange_heart:.

Ya. I have been very bad dealing with people. I think my over emotional state leads me to be too much lenient on people who arent important.

I am feeling very emotional today :pleading_face:. This can be a withdrawal symptom but I have other reasons too. I need people to hear me. I texted my ex. I just dont know what made me do so. I feel shitty after this. She had treated me literally like garbage. But still I fall to her charms of beauty which made me text her.
The conversation didn’t last longer but I still feel defeated. I feel I have given in to more grievous thing than Porn…I am even unable to handle my emotions properly.
Am I doing right? What should I do to avoid and maintain my dignity?
I always keep on comparing myself (not so good looking) to her beauty standards. Everytime I loose to keep my value up. I become a meagre person who has unable to gain love or be loved.

That’s wrong, I was like you until I sought out my priorities and I am happier that I did it because it kept me away from toxic people.
I literally went from ‘Kal milte hain’ to ’ jab time mila tab milte hain’. I prioritise my work.

Obviously, you are doing right, If a person doesn’t respect my boundaries and expects me to respect him/her. I won’t do that.
