For those who can't reach 7 days streak

This is for all of those who didnot achive even 7 days in their previous relpases…

Some might suggest this is a wrong way… But we don’t care…

Simple logic … I am going to relapse on next Sunday 17-0-2021… Yes full pmo chaser binge whatever I don’t bother how many times I going to relapse pmo … But I am going to relapse on Sunday…

Borrowed this concept from pyscology so giving it a try. For next 4 Sunday I am going to relapse … But that will be only on sunday… Rest six days even if I get urge I will just say myself … It’s okay hold on we will celebrate on Sunday… !

Anybody can join … Only rule is you will relpase on only Sunday. !

:joy:this is a good method though to trick your mind, But I don’t think I am gonna join this challenge. I know I can cross 10 days easily if I set my mind on it.
And also your aim should be to leave PMO entirely :sweat_smile:, or atleast you should try to do so. Yeah but I get your point. This will build your self control to some level.

This is utter foolishness, I would say. You’ll be craving for that special pmo session on Sunday for the whole week. You won’t do anything else. There is also bigger chance that after Sunday you may give in to the chaser effect.
I suggest you relapse without porn or any other artificial stimulation. Just fap without any fantasy and go to work; don’t drag the activity.
And don’t fix a day. Fixing a date to pmo is the most dangerous thing; it will increase your craving for it.
Use a spreadsheet bro. And mark the date in which you relapse (and try to relapse without any artificial stimulation) and reduce your relapse below 5 each month.
I personally don’t believe in this spreadsheet method but many people have conquered addiction through this way. If you have ed or any sexual problems like that, this won’t work; I now I have pied; damn it!

I know what you want me to try…
That is the next stage of this experiment…
I study nearly 10 hrs daily and do my office work…
But when ever urge is hitting me I am able to control urge but not my mind which is worried that I will do no fap… leading to distraction and loss of focus in study…

So this is just a try to say my brain now don’t loose focus you will have your day on Sunday now let’s work…

Just taming my thoughts … !

Well I’m using this technique that @rohankians said it’s kinda. Working . Today when urges hit I told that on 17th I’ll definitely do and it faded away .

Why not just keep postponing the date of PMO session , and be free from this ?

Good I got other volunteer as subject to experiment…

See buddy mind hacks work differently… For different people and lot of factors invoove this method is transformation of 6 months used by one of the saint to teach… I borrowed this concept from a Japanese philosophy… Let’s see nothing wrong in experimenting…
There is a list of things to be done after our first relapse… It’s long process of 6 months…

Oh damn, reading this I feel like taking part in this experiment but I don’t wanna relapse this early😅.
@rohankians Can you post the steps you are going to follow in 6 months or else post the source from where you learnt this Japanese technique.

Brother I spent 6 hours reading easy peasy today, I can’t take this addiction any more I didn’t do any study today, I learnt that our mind has been brainwashed into thinking that PMO helps to reduce stress but it is exactly the opposite, it doesn’t reduce stress but adds to it, each session makes us crave for the next session and the cycle goes on. In each session of PMO there is a huge dopamine surge in our brains and when it fades we have an empty feeling inside us which makes us crave more of it. Even after few days of streak we feel empty and think that it’s because we have left the addiction, but it’s the exact opposite its because of the addiction that we feel empty


Here’s a token for you, I laughed pretty hard when I saw this page.

I am not tricking my brain I will relapse soon don’t take stress is much deep than that… I just need more test subjects…
@Dean_Ambrose never crossed 7 clean streak days past 2 months… He is good test subject…
But not me I made 40 50 days as well !
