Today
No workout was a little cramped up from yesterdayβs game.
Breakfast was healthy, some rice, chapatis, daal, curry. +1
Had carrots as a snack +1
But I cooked honey chilli cauliflower as dinner, I tried to make it as light as possible but it was still heavy and a little oily , so this canβt be counted as healthy.
Drank a lot of water today too. +1

P. S. I put half teaspoon sugar in it and thatβs all of my sugar intake in a day.
As long itβs not over 20grams. Its good to have some sugar and salt to your diet but not too much. Sugar and salt is a big issue here in America . Obesity is an epidemic over here. Itβs really easy to gain weight and and get fat.
