• Morning: 200 gr sour cream.
• Noon: broccoli, fish, white rice.
• No sugar and salt today.
• Water. No energy drinks today.
• No Junk food today.

I eat 2 healthy meals today. I will update about the exercises later.

Today
No workout :sweat_smile: was a little cramped up from yesterday’s game.
Breakfast was healthy, some rice, chapatis, daal, curry. +1
Had carrots as a snack +1
But I cooked honey chilli cauliflower as dinner, I tried to make it as light as possible but it was still heavy and a little oily :sweat_smile:, so this can’t be counted as healthy.
Drank a lot of water today too. +1

@Nick9 bro bournvita milk with a little bit of sugar counts as healthy or unhealthy?
P. S. I put half teaspoon sugar in it and that’s all of my sugar intake in a day.

As long it’s not over 20grams. Its good to have some sugar and salt to your diet but not too much. Sugar and salt is a big issue here in America :us:. Obesity is an epidemic over here. It’s really easy to gain weight and and get fat.

Light workout: 45 squats, 45 Climbers, 20 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 40 jumping jacks, 60 high knees. Walked around the park for 1.5 hours. +1

Diet: 2 protein shakes +2

3 bottles of water +3

(1) MEAL: 2 cans of Tuna fish :fish: + chicken + Vegetable blend of (Broccoli :broccoli:, Soybeans, Carrots :carrot:, and Water Chestnuts) +1
