Hi guyz, I’m ln day 12 and I’m glad that I have cracked my previous streak.The benefits I’m recieving for now is more energy and reduction in brain fog.I’m still not getting rid of eyebags.How much would it take gets rid of those eyebags totally…Answer and Help me guyz

well too much sleep and late sleeping can cause eyebags try wakeup early like 6 am and sleep till 11pm you will be fine in some weeks about the streak keep it up I am on 36 and its getting really difficult to control the relapse as this is my time to nofap.
