Day 1. Wasn’t bad i was busy most of the time and will sleep early.
Day 2 ,
Note to self: keeping my thoughts clean all time is a must to avoid a relapse.

Day 3. Again i kept myself busy most of the day. Going to exercise now.
Day 5 and the aim is high but my motivation is even higher inshallah. I hope i will not relapse this time.
I have always to remember that guarding my thoughts is as important as my eyes. Day 6 is going smoothly so far.
We can quit this filth !!! I will destroy this habit
