I have exam and i want to study…

I swear Bro, if I was today in your situation and feel thidki d of mental tiredness. It just mental tiredness but physical you are with a lot of energy. Your semen that you maintain in your balls give your whole body much energy.

I advice you go for running for 1 hour or go to swimpool or do intensive workout at gym or home. You can do push up, squad, abs.

same problem like you i have exam after 1 day,but i could not find any concentration on my study, i want to concentrate my study but lack of energy and laziness and addiction of porn and sleep create barrier to my study.
