You said itā€™s emergency.so I thought this idea is good for youā€¦you canā€™t control chaser effectā€¦it takes at least 20 days to control ā€¦so for this situation you can increase your meditation timeā€¦and very hard exercise ā€¦waste your all energy in exercise

are you doing meditation 15 mints per day???
are you watching no fap motivational videos??
have you proper goal in your life?
have you sleep before 11 pm??
are you waking up at 4 am??
Think about this?

Bhaiā€¦ I fapped 90% of the time In afternoon. Mostly between 10 am to 4 pm. This is time of highest urges because of loneliness in my home

In night time, My Inner self awake. Despite my loneliness ā€¦ But in day I feel very lethargic and Slipped out always

@SincereDev I think @_TIGER 's idea to remove your sim is good. Are you desperate enough to get rid of PMO?

All necessary things you can do in a PC or someone elseā€™s phone for 19 days atleast. That will remove chaser effect, if ohone is causing you to relapse.

In afternoon if not studying at least read something, chat with friends or watch a movie, play games etc. Anything but PMO.

After a high streak, the fall is always bad and itā€™s very hard to get back. I completely understand you bro.

NoFap I not enough, you also need to have good productive habits.

Fight your old self. Thatā€™s the difference between winners and losers.
Losers take the fall and make excuses, while winners take the fall and make improvements.

Donā€™t work out like others. OUTWORK the others.

Hello dear brother @SincereDev, Hope you are doing fine now.

I have also gone through this feeling many times. Sometime you are not able to perform in competition as expected. But that is not end of the world. Right?

You need to ask yourself some very blunt questions (considering the situation after exams) -

  1. Do you think you are preparing well? (If answer No-start preparing)
  2. What mistakes you committed which led to failure? (If you get a list- stick to your wall, avoid them at all cost)
  3. How can you avoid the mistakes in future? (Simply, be vigilant constantly, have your plan in front of you, match/cross verify your plan and your actions periodically)
  4. Do you have the aptitude to excel in that exam? (If No- reset your goal and try harder. Hard work is no escape)

Sometime we follow the path in herd mentality, so please be aware of the situation. Periodically do self-evaluation/mock take feedbacks and rectify your path Accordingly.
The journey is never a lonely one. People around you also have impact on your journey. Choose a set of motivating, inspiring and honest companions around yourself.

If you are convinced that you have the potential to do well, then replan your strategy after failure. Analyse what caused you failure. Failure is the first step to success, given you learn the lesson. Mind it.

If you find your routine in haphazard situation-Make a 3-month, 6-month or 1-year plan with daily goals to achieve your goals. Make the plan flexible with judicious content and action. Most importantly stick to the plan (obviously well thought out plan). Also, remember itā€™s not about making right decisions but making your decisions right!

You are aware that you are in important phase of your career. But you need to dedicate yourself towards that sincerely. Being aware about situation is different from working towards it. They are complementary in nature. One without other is a vehicle without wheels.

I know that sometimes, we become so obsessed that blocking external stimulants like phone, movie, social media donā€™t work. We tend to find the loophole to fall back. Most importantly we need to activate our inner strength for that. Why not start with small behaviour change like sleeping and waking on time, meditation and exercise etc? Self-discipline and self belief is very much needed for this- every day and every moment. Say yourself that you can do it!

What you are telling is your current state of mind and please understand that it changes with your actions. Why donā€™t you start talking through your actions?

The best test of our character is in the worst times. Do you want to fail this test? I donā€™t think so. You are a brave soul with immense potential. You can do anything and everything. Take the first step and donā€™t look back. You can stop for sometime- to take rest, to gauge your progress, to learn from past mistakes but never turn back.

Dire situations need dire procedures.

Do fasting and stay bare body, atleast upper body.

Urges only come when you are comfortable.

Itā€™s teached in Islam so the young men that are not married yet can hold the urge to masturbate.

Well yeah.
@SincereDev you also need to cut on high dopamine stimulants like sugar, gaming, social media and others at bay.

And lastly cutting on non veg would also be preferred. Atleast it helps me to contain semen for more than 45 days.
