Fasting, the ultimate method to quit PMO

fasting is the best method I have experienced so far in my journey to quit PMO.

it lowers your desires. and it reduces the dopamine flow to your brain. clearing the brain from all that overflow of dopamine. and by this
you get more dopamine receptors in your brain allowing to feel happy with normal activities.
it boosts the recovery process faster and you gain control over your body.

But bro what will happen on day without fasting.
Will it be a Relapse ?

nope. your body needs off days to recover water and nutrition intake. I am currently fasting one day on and one day off.
