Meditated continuously for whole month without watching any vulgar content…but sadly in last few days I lost the continuity and I relapsed on 34th day, so I would say meditation would really help in overcoming lust…
But edging is the biggest enemy in this journey, so this time being serious about edging will start my meditation practice fresh…
