Even if the dream which led to the wet dream was sexual, it is not a relapse. Nightfalls/wet dreams are never counted as a PMO relapse, as you did not intentionally do anything to cause it. Relapse can only be from voluntary actions like searching for pornography or masturbating, not bodily functions.

I will be updating my diary now again almost daily as sort of check in
In a sequence now

Brushing twice
Workout at gym
Listening to Motivation speech any
Walk at night > 15mins
Drinking lot of water
Hair care
Medications
Meditation >15 mins
Listening to calm songs (Motivation)
Sleep before 11.15 max
Practice drums(classes) > 15mins
Reading > 30mins
Working on Art > 30mins
Doing household work
Having a calorie surplus diet
Cooking if required
Spending time with family at evening
Using less phone < 4 hours for entertainment
Excel course > 45mins

Any other things will be added over time
This is just for maintaining my own accountability

Ahh relapsed once today again but I promise to myself I won’t let this happen again tomorrow I just got stuck in this hell loop though had a lot of ticks today alot happy for that … missed my hair appointment due to body ache but did lot of work today and help, will get more and more ticks day by day and get myself on a complete track … will be starting badminton in evening as soon as I get fit into it in a couple of weeks maybe okay Ima sleep now tired

Indeed a better day today overall also no relapse today I still haven’t visited my hair doctor I am tired and also this summer ahh its hard to go out here, anyways I’m still grinding tomorrow I will finish hair issue and also will be visiting for my drum classes if there is enough time. Tired af off to sleep now
