Slept for 9 hours last night, did my morning routine, watched half of Aquaman while having lunch, took a 2.5 hrs nap , went to play, didn’t play a lot, half court and just one game, then we all did kirtan, had paneer paranthas for dinner, then we watched black panther, now I’m ready to sleep again , I planned to pack and study today but didn’t, I was feeling lazy today so I tried to cover up as much lost sleep as possible.

Nope not sure , I might watch one 20 minute episode of the sitcom I have been watching.
I am sure this will change into 120 minutes .
Nah I am used to watching one sitcom episode, yesterday as well I watched just one.
It’s other shows that I can’t control or rather I intentionally don’t control, I watch such shows only when I have nothing to do at all , sitcoms I watch everyday no matter what, even day before exams I watch one sitcom episode.
Sitcom means situational comedy, 20 minutes is a good dose of it.
Day 14

Slept a lot last night (10.5 hrs ), the resistant bands I ordered arrived today, I did chest and triceps workout but when I started doing shoulder raises two hooks got detached , I guess shoulder raises required a lot of extension that’s why it happened, I wanted to return these and buy better ones but there was no return option, only exchange so I exchanged these. We watched ‘Train to Busan’ while having lunch, it was a good zombie movie, I took a 30 min nap after that, then spent some time just sitting around talking with parents, I could have gone to play but it was raining, so I pretty much did nothing today, I was excited to start new workout regimen with resistance banda but guess I’ll have to wait more. Anyway I am planning to watch El Camino movie now, will sleep after that.
I had been feeling a little anxious today, I think the reason being that I haven’t been using much of my brain lately , We will go to buy some new clothes today, I might also go to play but I’ll make sure I study rest of the time, also I have covered most of the lost sleep so limiting it to 8 hrs now, and maybe 10-15 min nap in the day if need be.

I am really a lazy ass. I slept for 10 hours , watched 10 episodes of demon slayer but at the same time studied 10 hours , meditated for 1 hour , read books , worked out and had a interview associated with sarkari naukri and got a fabulous job

This message shows I am kind of balanced, everyone has ups and downs. And regarding sleeping, on a serious note, it’s a productive habit .

Had nightfall today morning, cleaned up and went to sleep again for some time, did my morning chores then we went to buy some new clothes for me and my sister and my sister took like 3 hrs to decide what she’s gonna buy , then we watched half of Maleficent part 2 while having lunch, I took a nap afterwards and then we all sat together, we had a long discussion and conclusion was that my sister is gonna prepare from home again , earlier we decided to send her to Allen Chandigarh but now the plan has changed. After that we did some arrangements so that she can attend her classes properly and that she doesn’t waste time and invests most of her time in studies, my parents even made a time table for her . Whole day went in that, now tomorrow we are going to my Aunt’s place and we’ll stay there until day after tomorrow, so yeah chilling, now I have given up on studying , I’ll start afresh when I go to college which is not far now, leaving 30th evening. I am excited to live no fap/self improvement college life , let’s see how things turn out.

yeah, but she also wanted the same, it’s not like we are pressurising her to do this.
Had one today again , yesterday it was with a random dream, not sexual, I didn’t even have a choice, but today I had a choice to stop it and I didn’t, it felt a lot like relapsing but then I woke up and realized a nightfall again.
I think it’s just that my brain and body have gotten so used to relapsing after 10-12 days that this happened.
Anyway this too shall pass .

Watched El Camino movie last night, slept a little late, even snacked in middle of the night , today I realized that even after limiting sugar and exercising I had been gaining weight, my face started to look a little fat, so I thought about the root cause and it is for sure the one spoon of dark chocolate peanut butter that I have in the morning, I am cutting it out now, also at my cousin’s place today, it was raining whole day so we did pretty much nothing than to lay around, now we are eating popcorn and watching john wick. Seeya . I need to do something about my weight tho lol, will think about it after tomorrow.
