27June Day2
Well I slept a little more than usual I didnt even heard the alarm going off. I started my day with studying and then I suddenly got a call from friends to hangout and I agreed we hanged out from 8 to 11 in the morning. Then I got back home took a shower, had breakfast and then I was tired from all the stuff so I took some rest and then I went to give my lappy for repairing, done some other works, i call it the extra day, where i put off my work and do other pending tasks for the previous week.

Now I hate this addiction and porn and fapping. I literally got so furious on my friend for talking about porn that I was totally in combat mode, im a very calm guy so it was highly unusual for me, I literally scared the hell out of him, and told him straight that you’re not talking that shot while I’m here or I’ll kick your ass. That was something manly I felt in months even if I’ve broken one streak I’ve improved from what I’ve been before

Good job man. What I did mostly when I was with friends (when they talked about ■■■■) was I just listen. Even though I was not at all interested and hated it from the core. I valued approval of others as the most important thing. But now Iam changing. I won’t tolerate anyone to talk about ■■■■ when Iam around from now on!

28june Day 3
Today was a pretty messed up day, I thought my hand injury was healed but today morning I found my right hand all swollen up and aching. Cause of This my whole day got fucked. I spent whole day with phone as I had nothing to do also I’ve finished all Reading material and New material isn’t delivered yet a I watched some Ted and video Lectures. I don’t even worked a bit, that’s a huge letdown.

29 June Day 4
Today I woke up a bit late as I can’t get a sleep cause of some pain in injury. Today I was more productive than yesterday and my injury was better so I was able to get some work done. Today was Dad’s birthday so I decided to give him a surprise party. I was preparing and I took more than usual to arrange all stuff in this new world, I didn’t invited anyone, there were all family members only, it’s obvious I guess. So today my meditation session was skipped cause of party in the evening. But yeah I can assure one thing that life is getting back on track, and I’m becoming a beast, though I’m not working out since in injured but I’m improving at my pace.

30 June Day 5
Today I woke up late don’t know why I cant hear the alarm going off. Today I woke late so I had to skip through all my morning ritual and it was painful. I went to see doctor today and my bandage is gonna be there for a bit longer, it took a lot of time and energy to go to clinic so I was exhausted and took too long I worked almost 4.5hrs and looking forward to improve. Well my confidence level is rising and I can feel it

Well another wonderful day. I was hell lot of Productive and completed all the tasks, i rocked today, well nofap gets a lot easier if you’re being Disciplined and social. When your are leaving porn just start doing all those things that you couldn’t do being an addict it will be a great start in changing your identity as a new and improved version of yourself. Just become the beast, this feeling is amazing, this confidence, courage, and energy to conquer it all it’s in yourself, buried deep. Just let it out let your emotions flow and observe them it will help you understand yourself and will give you more control over them, they will show a pattern, and observing your emotions will give you data about it and then by analyzing and coming up a with a plan you can replace bad emotions with good ones.
Remember the only way to remove negativity is to fill yourself with positivity, you can’t destroy negativity that’s the part of you, it makes you human, but it’s up to you that in what ratio you want positivity and negativity in yourself

3rd July Day 8
Today i was not that much productive, i had to go see the doctor and it took 4 hours and i was tired cause of this but i still managed to get a decent amount of work done in the evening and im really happy about that.
i am busy so i dont see any urges except for the mild ones here and there.

Well imagine being on nofap and having rare urges. This can be achieved by being busy and being social thats why i always emphasize on these two points and i wanna say that just ask yourself this
“You wanna be an average guy or you wanna be a beast?”. Youll get the answer and i you wanna be a beast then there is no shortcut you just have to do what it takes

4th July Day 9
Well today was kinda fucked up. I woke up late, had to skip through my morning routine because i had to rush straight to studies, and today i was solving questions and was frustrated cause of the difficulty and that lead to wasting time playing games, today i wasted my precious hours playing games and im not okay with that so tomorrow ill give my best, and will try to win the day.

I also had the problem of counting hours. When my only obsession is to complete the hour, give a tick beside goals I can’t achieve much. We should focus on our task to get our purpose, we should be more mindful in what we do.
