26 April 2020–Day 1
Okay so here I am with my 1 day streak after previous relapse at 30. After relapsing I felt fatigue very badly, I was not able to work for 1 day. Now I’m back with another journey. Talking about today I was productive. Able to follow up my routine and consumed good content throughout the day.

27 April 2020–Day 2
Today I woke up pretty early, at around 5 am. It was an awesome weather today, cold wind blowing with mostly clouds In the sky. I Went to my terrace done some heavy workout, Reflected upon the day and got straight to work. In the day I worked for 2.5hrs. I am still experiencing low energy from previous relapse. I slept in afternoon which is rare for me and I was exhausted before 2 in afternoon, after which I slept through afternoon which gave me energy to work in evening. Then in evening I worked for 1.5 hrs and
Today went pretty well. Well something interesting happended today. Yesterday I posted about my relapse after 30, and damn it had 120+ upvotes today, I’m seriously blown. I never expected this much support. It charged me up and now I’ll pay it off by doing a 120+ streak.
I know it looks a bit of a huge goal,but hey you guys are with me, I can do it.

Productivity- average. Urges-Some mild ones

What I learned:
I learned that you should set a consequence for your goal if you don’t achieve it. Set a time period for that consequence or it will do more harm than good. My consequence is if I relapse I will not play games for 30days. Still reading? Then drop a like brother

Things I’m grateful for :

28 April 2020 Day-3
Well today I slacked off a little bit. I didn’t woke up early and because of morning not going right whole day was average. I did manage to study for like 3.5 hrs and can’t study more than that because I completed all my tasks in that time. The weather was pleasing todya, enjoyed the cold wind, felt alive like never before. I’m getting addicted to nofap, it’s awesome. I guess that’s it for today.
Productivity-3.5hrs + plus book reading
Urges- Seen some thumbnails on YT, but was able to win.
Things done right
-Book reading
-Studying. -enjoying life

Things to improve
-Waking up. -Productivity
-Be on defensive

Day- 19
Well from today im starting this diary again. Well today was good, i did a detox today. I didnt use my phone and it was a good experience. Well i got up late today as im being lazy these days, gonna change my habit. and im doing great. in morning i came to know that i had a nightfall lastnight. Had no urges throughout the day. It was a productive day.

Day- 20
Last night my area experienced a power cut at midnight because of some technical issues. The summers at its peak these days. i was so damn uncomfortable, i was sweating hard. There came this thought in my mind that if i fap ill sleep peacefully it was devil inside my mind laying a trap. but you know you cant take away my pride now. Then i let out the beast in me. I started to do pushups, i did till my hand was tired and i was showered with sweat. Then i laid on my bed and quickly fell into sleep. Today when i woke up I felt this amazing new energy new drive, to live my life on my own terms.
Well i got up at six today. Done workout, rested a little bit and started studying. Then I took a shower and had breakfast. the whole day was normal, i was invested in my work and got a good productivity. I am getting better at meditating and i love my level of focus.

Today was a good day although i have to work on my productivity.

Day- 21
Hey, I got up late today, i dont know why, my alarm was buzzing for literally 1 hour and i couldnt hear it. Well i gave myself a reward today as i have completed three weeks on nofap, i watched 5 episodes of anime as my reward. I studied also for maybe 3 hrs and yeah today was a decent day ill not say it was good but it was ok. In the afternoon i was surfing a website then suddenly it redirected me to a porn site, and it started playing automatically. although i turned it off suddenly but i was left with a wierd feeling. It was like the beast in me got attacked and i was scared that will i end up relapsing but then i came to this forum and messaged my brothers. They helped me through this tough time. Today Ive learned something that why i was failing at nofap. It was because i tried to took all that burden myself, which was not the right path. Your winning is decided by how good your comrades are, nf is a rough path so you got to have someone to reach you when you stumble. I am glad to have brothers like you @orelpa @Tagore @neo_150 and all others who have been watching me.

Just be cautious. Not working out is dangerous as you can’t train your will and your discipline. Don’t go easy on yourself these days. Good luck brother!

26 june 2020 Day 1
I’ve reset my counter again cause I was totally slacking off from 5 days and that streak doesn’t mean anything to me. So let’s start fresh. Today was awesome, i was productive and i didnt turned to instant gratification activities and I’m doing awesome. No urges were there, I was happy and the whole day went smoothly.

Remember that when other guys are just cooming and watching p you are forging Yourself and when the strenght will be put to test you’ll win and they’ll break. Iam happy that you are making a come back. Soon get into beast mode and bring out the real power within.
Also add exercise in your routine bro. From my experience, nothing else can replace exercise in our life. The process of working out. The harder you workout the greater you’ll feel. After doing it, look in the mirror. I promise you’ll feel like a beast.
