Day 15 without PMO. I feel calm but with the need to be alert. By the way, what foods or diets do you recommend to increase testosterone?

Brazil nuts. Look up their benefits, good way to naturally increase test.

Eat healthy food such as vegetables (avocado is a very good healthy fat source), fish, white meat, brown bread, water, fruits and nuts. Get enough vitamins and mineral supplements for your body. Exercise and lift weights. Get enough sleep.
