Day 14 nearly went

I was so tempted about 15mins before I was getting into the shower.

I nearly ended my 14 day streak by googling (nude picture) of course I looked for a brief second(I didn’t touch myself just let it get hard normally) and I turned it off and cleared my history because I don’t want my brain to keep drifting to sites and see my history etc.

I had a hot and cold shower(I still don’t understand the benifits of a cold shower though).

For the last couple of days I have been tempted to touch and release which I still haven’t.

Is my will power getting stronger and stronger each day.

What you did bro is called peeking. It’s technically not a relapse, but it’s not a good habit at all. I can bet you would have felt that sweet Dopamine rushing through your brain at that time. Yeah, that’s not good for brain rewiring. Try avoiding it bro. Keep going. Nofapforever :fist:

Yeah man. Glad I didn’t let out and yeah I felt it aswell it was like my Brain was saying here we go.
