Darn urges... What to do, what to do

It gets worse, I’ve spent 5 days absent from PMO, but I am substituting by looking a risque images (not pornographic but close), any advice on how to overcome that?

You cant substitute. You have to completely remove it. Its going to be hard. But you can do it. We have all built these mental crutches ourselves. Its all in your head. You built them. You can destroy them to. Focus on helping others and staying busy. That will pull you through. Workout hard as hell to.

That’s right. The less you look at it, the more you want to do it. My longest was a whole month.
