I am struggling today, I am on day 12 of my journey and I keep getting a feeling to relapse. When I do I am trying to post on the forum to acknowledge the feeling and keep going. yesterday, I was getting memories of previous content run through my mind which was triggering arousal. Today I feel less aroused and more tempted based on habit.

I’m slowly taking out bad habits from my life and I’m trying to cultivate this peaceful space,
