Feeling strong, despite being tired. Study has been good. I’m going to step it up further, and attack study with strategy. Aiming for 8 hours on day 20.

Got back to working out today. I have finally caught on to the ability of utilizing sexual energy, and turning it into aerobic energy. Using a sexual thought as a motivational incentive really drove me through my reps. Of course I didn’t reward my body with the actual sexual act such as PMO because my body already received a rewarding effect everytime I completed my reps. Plus, my cat was there to also motivate me and give me a calm and focused feeling.
I am starting to feel neutralize with this drive. We can’t completely get rid of it, but its not actually our enemy. Our own careless acts of exploitation and hunting for an easy feeling of pleasure are the real issue; therefore, we are our own enemy. I believe we are naturally meant to use our sexual urges to get through life, for it provides us with enough energy to find a mate and reproduce.
I’m feeling great, and excited be this close to a month free of PMO. The more I think and become more aware, the more I realize how much of an issue I was for myself. DO NOT BE YOUR OWN ENEMY, STAY STRONG.
Do not run from your urges, do not criticize them, do not talk down on yourself for even thinking about them. You cannot control when you receive such thoughts, but you can control how you will use them to your advantage. Are you going to submit to the easy approach, and relapse for temporary pleasure? Or are you going to put that energy into productivity? Embrace the urge as if its a slice of cake or piece of candy. You know you want it, but you’ve had enough, and turn it down. Eventually, that urge goes away because your body accepts it. I am tired of accepting slices of the Devil’s cake. It is not good for me, and from now on, I will turn it down. Although it may taste amazing, I will feel terrible after finishing it.

Day 23 checking in.
I cannot give an update which is up to standard, as I am very short on time. My apologies for the lack of check ins. It is not in the spirit of this group. I will do better, every day.

Tues 17th June
It’s been a rough ride lately, but coming out of that cave now. In the past few days (week) I’ve pulled away a number of times and came to my senses, Thanks be to God. I’m in a place where I can choose and choose wisely.
