Its all abt trial and error bro. Just don’t take part in acts that will lead to pmo. If you what you’re abt to do is a trailhead source, don’t initiate it.

Knowing yourself like you did is an important step in the fight.

Know when you are fooling yourself, and you shouldn’t be fooled. Don’t convince yourself like I have. And you are completely right about giving yourself permission.

fell again after 1 day
i did push ups when i was feeling urges and that worked, but stupidly i don’t to that when later it came again and the foolish thing is i kept searching for that gross thing even though i know i had lose when it happen. i closed and open the web repeteadly then decide to m

it’s frustating. how much more my life has been destroyed because this dirty addiction?! still i fell to this puddle over and over again!

Study provides another chance to grow. I hope that your course goes well man, and well done for studying. I have decided to work out today, inspired by you, despite me feeling very tired. I am not kidding I have decided to because of the inspiration from you. As I have been focusing on study I have only worked out in gaps between exams. I am on my first gap in a while now so I should take advantage of it :flexed_biceps:

Keep on ascending out of this bro :right_facing_fist:. This week might have reason to be easy, but don’t let your guard down. Remember that you might forget to raise it again afterwards, if you do lower it, too. This journey is about being able to keep your guard up no problem also, which you will do with time.

4-5 hours study, focused, no problem. Was feeling sorry for myself but those around me picked me up and showed me that that isn’t the way to think. Think the thoughts that will get you closer to your goal. That is one of the many things that they have taught me.

Bedtimes and sleep are becoming more consistent, but I want to improve them more.
