Most of the time I was playing with my nephew. Not a single urge, Cold showers and mindful meditation helped. 4th week is going well alike my previous 3 weeks , those were full of urges

I think my flatline is going to start soon. I lost all of my interest suddenly in all of ■■■■ and real life too. I’m just tired too much headache from yesterday. I must keep going it’s temporary.

This is relatable
Probaby this is one of the toughest phases of Nofap Journey
Getting annoyed quickly
Reacting sharply
Feeling tired
Lost interest
This phase is where I lose every damn time
When it comes to Nofap advice/ motivation there is adequate material on how to reach day 30 from day 0
But not much light is thrown on how to continue after day 30 with all the flatline effects
Needs more analysis

Day 26
Not even a peek or edge, it was cool day. I’m laging in discipline one day I’m fucking productive do all to-dos tasks and another day watching Netflix and all. I’ve to fix this

Flatline doesn’t seems like to go away. Feeling low and having mood swings. Till now I’m with my family, In these couple of days i was hanging out with my friends. And I’m looking more fair than usual. Although my posture fucked up need to improve that. Still have social anxiety I can talk to boys but not with any girl. I will improve this on couple of weeks

Another clean day you say. I’m resisting urges I think I can do this all day 2 days left for 30. Flatline gone for a while.

:drum::drum: Can’t believe I did it full 30 Days on NoFap and I was clean for most of the days which I’m very proud of.
NoFap doesn’t give you any Super powers it just removes fog inside your brain. It gives you happiness which was taken away from pmo.
Now I’m feeling very well flatline gone and my mind is clear as crystal.

Benefits: :smile:

  1. sleepness or tiredness gone away now my body is full of energy
  2. Enjoying little things like enjoying music :notes: more often, chirping of birds, kids playing in park.
  3. Skin started becoming more fair & less oily. Earlier my face looked like a shit hollow cheeks and all that but now my face started to glow and my genetics improved a lot.
  4. self control increased ■■■■ Started becoming disgusting.
  5. Morning Wood Back.
  6. Hair quality improved

Also Social anxiety gone for a while , I can actually talk with guys and uncles and have no problem in making eye contact. I can actually do more physical workout than before. Thankful to cold showers.

Clean day, although some urges were there but I made it.
Practices I use:

  1. Urge Surfing: When an urge comes calm your mind by saying it’s temporary. It will stay for a while then it will fade away.
  2. Mindfulness: This practice is very useful during night time, seeing my thoughts & stop reacting to them.
    Stop overthinking too , stay in present.
