Day 43
Social Anxiety gone now I’m trying my best to start conversation with others. Even they are enjoying my company. It feels like a new life to me , during my days to PMO I was very introvert kind of person but now things have changed now I’m more like a conversation starter.
Cold showers are helping me day by day.
Sleep quality is good. Believe me , I go to sleep late during 12:30 or even 1 but the sleep quality is excellent. It doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to get a proper sleep.
For anyone reading this , keep fighting every urge you’re resisting will make you stronger day by day. That’s it for today
