I somehow managed to sleep for 5 hours today but man I really need sleep. Even though I slept for 9 hours day before yesterday but still feeling sleepy.
Let’s see if I can make it today to get 5 hour sleep.
For now keeping my phone away from bed and at elevated platrom so that when alarm comes, I have to put a chair to take my phone and stop my alarm, this gives me time to remember the consequences and I wash my face but later in the day I really feel sleepy.
We’ll try atleast today whether I make it or not tomorrow.

Why are you give up so easily??..
You are the one who created this group and you are the first one to quit!!
Think about your thoughts that were going in your head when you created the group… How desperate would you have been to get out of this trap.
It’s not bad to fall, everyone does!!
The point is you stand up after falling or not…
You just have to keep yourself busy, there are a lot of things to do even if it is lockdown, see opportunity not flaws…
And if you don’t know how to keep yourself busy then just figure it out sitting, thinking, giving time to yourself, helping parents, talking to them, and just limit the usage of your phone if it is the biggest enemy of you…
These things will keep you busy and give mental clarity…

How serious we are in no PMO

: If I Relapse / Reset the Counter within 15 days , i will wake up at 6 in the morning and do cardio( usually i dont wake up before 9 these days) for next 30 days
