Week 3 / Day 6 Saturday

Been busy with music,
And have a busy weekend, seeing my Mum while she is in UK, and staying with some friend’s for a birthday, then having to travel home early to sing the Psalm on Sunday :scream:
I better not drink much tonight. I’m not much of a drinker anyway, nor a singer :joy:

I relapsed day 12. Yesterday.
I was home alone. Bad thing. It was raining here but that’s no excuse to relapse. I must persevere and keep fighting.
Check in. Day 0. Here i come. :muscle:. Never give up.

Afternoon, pleased with myself,
relaxed, too much free time.
Had a shower, didn’t get changed, curiously looked (“only a couple of minutes won’t hurt”) began an edge and fell to pmo :fried_egg:


My recent benefits these past 16 days.
Mind has been clearer,
minimal urges, don’t even think about ■■■■ much, deal with difficult situations,
go out of my comfort zone.
People constantly making eye contact with me.
Long fun conversation with a girl the other week.
There’s even a very pretty lady always looking at me in church.


I’m not perfect, I am a sinner, I’ve relapsed,
I need God’s grace, I need confession next week,
I need to keep honest, humble, work hard, and flee from any worry and despair.


Things I need to be aware of;
Free time and how I use my time.
Counting my achievements.

I could’ve looked at The Poll and said
“Oh, look, this week and last week have been completely clean, I haven’t even viewed anything on YouTube”
