I primarily created this group for people like me with small streaks, or get stuck in a cycle.

Your welcome to post daily and comment/dialogue between other users,
but for those who want a challenge;
you must;

Sundays are open to post as little or as much as you like.

We count only 7 days a week, then restart that count, as for me currently, I find it helpful to take one day/week at a time.

Okay, things had been a bit crazy this week and I could not recall how to find my sharing code but figured it out. I’m starting over at day one for me. Just over a day clean

Check day 6
I can’t believe I made it this far. Actually I always told myself I will exercise this day and never did. The only difference is that this time I didn’t binge on ■■■■, i was just doing productive things like investments, real estate research and all that good stuff that I didn’t have time for exercise. I think its about mindset in this walk and not about the physical. Part of it is physical but most of it is mental. Even though I feel these urges, I tell myself even if i dont exercise this day and failed what I was going to do for part of my goal which was to do exercise, I was still productive, which was busy with my future life and finance. Since today is Saturday, hopefully I now have time for myself. Meditate, exercise, read a book I like. Things like that. Still no fast food. I still can’t get myself to wake up super early like at 5 a.m. I was able to wake up at 5 a.m. 2 times lol.and 2 at 6 a.m. from the 6 days till now.Home made all the way. #homemadefoodrocks :muscle:.
I do it most of all for my Lord and savior. Amen.

Day 6 of week 2
Weekend is dangerous.
Particularly if spent for mostly fun stuff. You’ll tend to fantasise and visualise things that we watch from movies.

Sunday is another day to survive.
Keep busy.
Physically prevent it.

I may get through the weekend well.

@anon67854825, sorry I couldn’t be active on here. There are a lot of things that I need to take care of right now.Hence, I have little time to come here. Nowadays,I have limited the use of the app so as only to come here when feeling strong urges. For now, I have removed my name from board. Maybe I could join here some time after (if you allowed😊). The urges will be it highest on Sunday
Especially it is now exactly 2 weeks.

Very tempted to even type some raunchy website on the net while excusing myself that I wanted to try the google DNS (Malaysian IP officially blocked many porn sites)

I will get through 14 days and will extend it to 30 days.
So far, no relapase, not even watching sexy videos.

At first, the motivation was high and it is easily done.
When it reach 14 days, you have to dig deep in your heart to find your reason.

Week2 day 7 and everything is well so far.

I relapsed yesterday … but it’s been a good experience being clean for 15 days… ill start one more cycle hope not to end this soon… I’ll give some time gap for this daily check-ins … I’ll rejoin after some days…

So…
Dream(s) last night were very telling of me, and for me.

Though I’d rather have a night off bizarre, uncomforting dreams and waking up feeling groggy, I’m glad to have them.
I gave just a bit of attention to them, without losing my mind/day. Answers come quickly,
No more pondering needed.

I’m doing well, even excellent at the moment,
but notice people saints and glad to humbled by their virtue, not by sloth (spiritual laziness) i.e,…

I don’t want weird dreams tonight, but at the same time I feel ready to do some purging :dagger:

I got loads of stuff to be doing this week, and well, everyday!
