I am kicking ■■■. I am getting in control of myself. I woke up not so late. Ate good breakfast. I feel the energy from my body. The heat coming from my private area. I am ready to fight come on! Bring it! Workout time. . No more cow milk for me seriously. Only meat and veggies and salads. Only milk is me. Haha. Lol.

Yesterday was the longest streak with 11 days of avoiding porn and masturbation which was done consciously with this thread being the reflection avenue.
It is the best so far.

I gave up milk because it has alot of hormone that makes you super horny. At least for me. I still drink it but not so much. Like 5 percent mostly on shakes. I want to eat more meat, chicken, egg which has zinc, veggie salad. And Chinese food. No fast food if fast food it must have variety and diverse with veggies and healthy things. Hawaiian food is good to.

Tommorow I will join race of Borobudur Marathon 2018 Half Marathon category. I love running and it can helps me to channeling my urge not to pmo but to something positive just like running which also healthy.
