No, it wasn’t the case as I tried to keep it exclusively One-post-a-day though now, we should not apply that rule to replies/comments.

@Resurrection, as for a new topic, nothing springs to mind, as I don’t want to become too idealogical.
Something I changed/or am trying, is; when I receive a new idea (in my case from my most recent confession) I shouldn’t disregard all previous things, as if answers are black & white, but acknowledge the new and let it me guide me on this path, that, does have a beginning and ideas that were once new and still part of the journey.

Lighten up, don’t build up guilt, nor make ourselves into idealogical sinners, but keep practicing virtue.

If the counter is motivating,
if being harsh on ourselves brings joy and virtue, then surely they are good things.
If they aren’t that’s okay too.

Day 1 Daily Check-in

New day, and a new week.


Evening/Night
Things I could’ve done better;
Work was good today, though I could’ve been a few steps ahead at times, and forsee any issues.

My communication was fairly good today, but I could’ve thought a little bit more of what comes out of my mouth.

Domestically, I was very reluctant to go shopping, I didn’t cook, but ate and washed up.
I could’ve been more eager and grateful to go shopping, and do my little bit for the household.

Tomorrow I want to get up early, do any cleaning, walk, go to Mass, come home work, take my friend out for a coffee…

I woke up at a slow pace today at 6 a.m. i was looking into business idea and also was trying to come up with a solution with my money. I spent time with family despite us having some trouble of understanding. I guess it was the reason for my porn addiction. Lack of bondage. Anyways, i am feeling no urge today but.i did feel little tired. Still going strong. Will workout for a while.

It’s been one of those days, slow and dull.
As for the Rewire journey,
I’m okay, I feel I’ve learnt a lot, I’m more relaxed, know to stand up, kind to myself, know I’m not perfect, don’t retain any guilt, but currently don’t feel very sharp.
so I’m setting myself up for… some beatings :laughing::fist:

Pure Hard Mode Now!
No to the obvious and NO WAY to anything remotely softcore, notably things on YouTube, or letting my mind wonder over a simple picture, films etcetera.

I NEED ;

  • 4 weeks clean
  • To Rewire, take women of that pedestal.
  • observe my thoughts.
  • this accountability of people here.

And most of all ;

  • To kick some f***ing ■■■!

So, 4 weeks from yesterday and on from there!

Day 2,
5 more this week, and that’s 1 week done, 3 to go!

Particularly today.

Today will be week2_d2
I didnt wrote anything yesterday, and today my mind start wandering off, thinking about lustful stuff.

Not actively reflecting, and sharing experience will detail us off track.

I want to keep checking in.
Who knows this thread would be the permanent solution for stopping this nasty habit that I started for the last 10 years altogether.

Check in. Day 2

Woke up at 7 a.m. had a dream that my ex girl was breaking up with me. Not good feeling. Even athough we aren’t in a relationship at the moment. I am trying to overcome the urge as hard as I can. No urges today but a can start to feel a little energy rising. Like 2%. Plan to exercise all week as much as I can with my schedule for school to. :muscle:. No spilling milk. Drink up your own milk.

Great Tai Chi session last night.
Weird dreams, and realise my alarm clock is set too early.

To reaffirm, I need 4 weeks clean.
