Another relapse. I ad a headache and my excuse was to fall sleep asap. But here I am, checking in

Still almost zero urges, had some dream woke up with an erection but nothing more :slight_smile:

Was searching for jobs these past days. Worked out today. Was self motivating myself. Won’t go back to my past no matter what.

Week 5 Wednesday Check-in :+1:

Slept with a cushion under the bottom of my spine, and back feels pretty good this morning.
I also slept with “Law Of Attraction” app playing,
it’s a very nice app and always wake up with a good mood, when I remember to use it.

Day six check in. Doing well

Clean day
Yesterday went through my collection of videos.
Saw my games of thrones and automatically click with intent to search for raunchy stuff.

It was automatic.
But thank God, I was conscious and quickly stopped. Didn’t even see any of the videos.

The things is now so deep into the brain that it automatically force yourself to do it without knowing.

The more conscious the effort is, the more likely we are able to resist it.

Checking in - Thursday, December 6. Day 4 of week 5. All OK.

Returned from my vacation yesterday. Experienced extreme, physically painful anger over past events, intermixed with anger and confusion over some of the day’s events. While all this is painful and scary, I feel proud that I no longer consider pmo to be an option for relieving the pain.

Onwards!

Check in day -
I’m on day 13 right now. Im feeling more comfortable with talking to people, I feel more awake, I can considerate better I have more energy. No need to sleep a lot. But brain fog kinda came back to me today and I don’t like it. I believe because my brain is trying to make me relpase I have been getting thoughts that make me think that I had edged but I haven’t my brain is REALLY starving now which is exactly what I wanted.

Completed 120 days of my current streak today. And coincidentally, had a wet dream after a considerable gap (over a month).

Had some urges and dreamt about my ex-gf it was a disgusting nonarousing sexual dream turned me off, I dont know why my brain would do that, expected a wet dream instead :confused:

All in all still going :slight_smile:

Checking in after some days due to a problem wiyh my phone.11days of no fap.But today i felt extreme urges which mad me to watch porn for pne hour and trying to fap.But luckily i made out without fapping.This is extreme,being unfapped.Gimme some tips for controlling urges.

Start creating a new routine that keeps you active.
The best thing that’s ever worked for me, and something @adequatemonty posted in To those with really long streaks …is, “find ways of becoming someone who contributes to others’ lives.”

1-Excercise
I cant stress this enough, it uses up all your extra energy , builds you muscles , and the surprise is you have results so much faster.
2-Meditate
This is how you will reach higher chakra and reach the spiritual enlightment. U will start seeing the whole world differently and will view “fap” in a very different way, what I can assure u is that it becomes so much easier with meditation.
3-Study/Work/Go after your purpose
Keep working on your dream with that energy, you will progress so fast.
One more thing, dont stress about “NoFap”, Stress about those 3 things :point_up_2:
Those are the 3 things that I think are most important to let go of this habbit forever.
Also from studies, it shows that edging for long time is feeding dopamine and keeping it high for long time in your neurons “■■■■ Pathway”, so its as dangerous as fapping, so be causious :slight_smile:
