Had a late night enjoying work.
Wired, I couldn’t get to sleep 'til 6am,
Mind not able to switch off, but all good 
I didn’t get up for routine Saturday morning, stayed in bed, had a good long sleepy, lazy, easy day. Went to an empty church for prayers in the evening and reconciliation - a ‘visiting priest’ I’d never met, nice surprise, and a good confession.

Day zero: how to have a deep and true repentance and not desire evil things, that’s what’s on my mind this morning. If I am to be saved, God must do the saving, for past would bury me. And yet I have a part to play, in this grace within which I know stand and the Way out by which I can endure to the end.
