Do you think your setbacks ever have to do with stress? Mine often do. Also, sometimes if I’ve done well I may even think I need to reward myself with pmo. Of course, it doesn’t feel rewarding after.
Just curious if these hang ups might be a part of your struggle as well.
I got pretty anxious today coz I was struggling with finding right resource for maths for ml today the earlier me who watched porn and masturbated in that situation would’ve relapsed but now I’m no more that person so I rather persisted and ultimately found what I wanted and now I’m up going for lunch and fucking loving my life.
Porn is not the reason its just an affect of you not knowing how to control your emotions. Get hold of it and be better take value based Decision.
I had a life-changing conversation with someone who spent over 30 years trying to quit. They finally quit aged 49, and thank GOD, they’ve been free for about 6 years now.
I’ve already spent nearly 15 years trying to quit this sinful addiction. I have no intention of finally being free of this when I’m 50, so I’m ready to do the work now to improve my life. Else I know I could easily continue circling the drain for years and becoming more and more addicted until I finally say enough is enough.
That certainly motivates me not to sit on my laurels.
May GOD bless all of us and help us obtain and maintain a happy, healthy, disciplined, free and clean life!

Glad to be at a three day streak, that’s usually the first step, followed by 5 days so I hope I can make that and even finish the rest of the month pmo free which would have me at two weeks.
Today started very stressful so I need to take care I don’t fall into excessive negative thinking (already repenting of that from earlier today) and unhealthy disassociative mindsets that will make me more vulnerable to a setback.
Day 3
I have been preparing for a exam, and my middle classmates are holding a party and I am gonna join this.I think go out of my house would do good to me.
Being a disciplined and a person who doesn’t watch ■■■■ is hard, so is being a person who watches it and is not able to break the cycle who wants to be shame free and love his decision making skill. Choose your hard.
Not really doing great. I am still falling every day, and I lack motivation to get back on track. I feel lacking in energy, both physical and spiritual. Hoping to find a new balance also with the help of my oncoming new job.
@Forodwaith I don’t really think that my setbacks are due to stress, because especially in the last few months I have not really been stressed out, other than searching for a job and a few other things I did not have a lot of stuff going on. I think PMO for me is more of a way to escape boredom, or some negative emotion that I experience.
Anyways, thanks for all the encouragement brothers, I really want to do better, I have a mountain to climb ahead of me, I just need to take on the challenge again instead of procrastinating it and trying to live like everything is fine.
@Ritesh_k99 Wonderful quote. Let’s choose the right hard!
