Sorry I keep leaving my Check-in too late.
Best thing is :zipper_mouth_face: and bed.

@simion have a read through some of @Karan050 previous posts.
There’s some nice simple observant quotes.

Simple clear truths always settle me and give me hope. For me, it’s like how I imagine God talking.

If we want change, we observe :zipper_mouth_face:

Day 2, I am committing again to let go of PMO. I’m dedicating some time every day to read some articles and learn stuff about this ■■■■ addiction, recently discovered this site, that probably most of you already know:

The site is full of information and stories about this addiction, I already knew it myself but never dove deep into it, and I’m glad I’m doing it.
I am trying to expose myself to the reality and read stories, watch informative videos, because when I am in the depth of the addiction I just want to ignore the realities of what ■■■■ does to a man, of what I myself got into with this addiction. I want to ignore it and try to live comfortably with the addiction, thinking it is not a problem. No more! No more lying to myself, I need to change, to recover, and I need it now, no matter how many times I will fail in the future!

I want to fight more decisively from now on, improve my life and not indulge in ■■■■ anymore :muscle:

@Gk-00 Man, I can’t tell you how glad I was to read your post today. Empowered and full of fire! You can turn things around bro, we all can. GOD bless you

Reasons to leave PMO behind? We have enough of them.

But as addicts, many of us suffer with lack of self-appreciation. For me this has been a huge issue for years. For people like me, the problem isn’t a lack of reasons. We’ve heard many good reasons to quit.

The problem is we don’t love ourselves enough to change our lives.

There are thousands of people who die every year simply because they don’t take their medicine. They know they have a deadly illness which will be remedied by the prescribed medication, but they don’t care about their lives enough to take it 3 times a day.

As long as we don’t care about ourselves enough to change, we won’t put in that effort.

It’s time to be kinder and more accepting of myself, so I will have the desire to consistently put in the work to transform my life.

Today was free and clean, thank GOD!

Yes and I fell last night with a porn binge and this morning fapping to imagination from yesterday’s images but I’ll start again that’s all I can do.
Been really getting into some bible study but missing the point somewhere or I wouldn’t have failed so spectacularly.
Discipline is the key I’m sure of it or at least one of the pillars we need No I need to have in place.
But what are the other pillars for a successful nofap lifestyle?
