Coming back to the challenge, it’s been a while. Committing to checking in daily really helps. That thought in the back of the mind - Will today be a :+1: or a :fried_egg: day?

Checking in - Tuesday 21st January. Free and clean, thank GOD. :dove: :bathtub:

I didn’t want to slip at all this year, but I stumbled two weeks in. I will continue moving forward from here on with GOD’s Help. He is with me in the high moments and the low ones. I thank Him that I didn’t look at any pornography or engage in any masturbation. I pray that He guides me toward mental purity and blesses my companions and I with success.

We can all overcome!


New video - Positive Self-Care

Sometimes, we focus so much on fighting urges and not going backwards that we forget we need to do positive things to replace the void PMO left behind. It’s essential that we take care of our needs in a healthy and positive way. Negative emotions will always come up, and they are usually a trigger. Stress can be even worse than dealing with urges. We have to defend ourselves from negative emotions through positive self-care habits.

Stay persistent brothers! The first time the river hits the rock, the water bounces right off without making a dent. But continuous strikes against that rock and eventually the river flows straight through with no difficulty at all! We will overcome this!

Hi @Davidfredrich welcome to the group.
I decided to close “The Poll” as it was not fundamental, and takes a lot of maintaining.

With that said, I suggest you Check-in each day,
Keep it simple, ask for advise, and help others where you can.

At the moment I don’t feel full of insight and wisdom, but there are amazing companions who have great challenges and knowledge.

Even if ‘90 Day Challenge’ seems too much, there is some amazing stuff going on there.

3 days, 3 nightfalls. I am depressed. My mind is out of control in my sleep. I think I am getting dirty images of girls in my subconscious mind while sleeping. Is it relapse? Plz help @anon67854825 @Forerunner @HappySoul @CM2018 @BruceLee

@Karan050 Nightfalls are not a relapse brother. Please don’t beat yourself up about them. If they concern you this much, look into methods on how to stop them, but consider them separately from your NoPMO counter - you can keep a second counter that tracks your nightfalls.

Our main goal is always to rid ourselves of the addiction to pornography and masturbation. If you’re concerned about semen retention, remember that we lost so much more semen when acting out in the addiction, some of us multiple times a day. Some health will always be better than no health.

I’ve made a video about this topic, explaining that you will still gain the benefits on this journey. I’ve also shared some methods people have successfully used to reduce nightfalls or stop them completely.
