Sorry guys, relapsed at night.:disappointed: I was very frustrated because of exam and that lead to pleasure. But after 5 min I am regretting now, May God help me to get rid of this bad habit. Because of my exam i am not going to gym, not spending time on hobbies as well as most of time i am alone in my room. Just want to clear exam but i can’t put my full efforts in preparation. Any suggestions?

@Karan050 I don’t know if I can give great advise, but if I’m struggling with work/deadlines,… I do small chunks and make time for gym/sauna.

@Karan050 Exams can be really stressful. Letting go of the other things in your life like regular exercise and engaging hobbies can only add more pressure. Our brother @anon67854825 is absolutely right - well-being first, studying afterwards. Your mind won’t be able to fully focus on your studies if you’re dealing with a great deal of stress. You have to find effective and healthy ways of dealing with that - PMO is unhealthy and very ineffective.

Relapsed…in the morning
Unfortunately I peek.

But i actually can’t get why i did.

  1. earlier it was tough to commit that I’ve relapsed by turning the counter Zero.

3)now I’m becoming habitual of relapsing and setting the counter Zero and telling others wow friends I’ve relapsed.
And thinking I’m truthful I accept the truth.

4)but ultimately the main aim of this platform was not to update your relpses.
And when again would i learn this.

I never want to do it but it only happens when i open the online website…
I found a loophole in my blocker and started surfing unsafe and …
Although watching P is more harmful then M
I know this but still my will power weakens.

I’m also preparing for exam
But i never considered that it might be creating pressure.

How could i get back to the same thinking with which i came here

Wednesday 25, check in, all good thanks to God.
I had a huge amount of urges but by having my internet limited, I was able to defeat them in my mind without looking for anything.

Then I had a wet dream, which seemed like I could control it. I remember thinking: “I’m in the dream, I can do whatever I want.” Something similar happened to someone?
