I have been doing or trying NoFap from 3 years. I am currently 20. And the exact years of addiction, could be 8+ years.
I have blockers and everything present in my phone. Its very hard to surpass them. But we all know, any blocker isnāt enough, there will be loopholes. I also escape through that loopholes. The actual problem starts after that. I donāt know whether this thing is called Chaser Effect or not. But I read somewhere it is- I keep on relapsing. I keep on relapsing till the moment I am with just enough energy to keep myself awake. The number of relapses crosses 15 times a day. I canāt even understand whether its normal or not.
I am more effected my Chaser Effect than Porn itself. Please give me a solution. I am stuck with it. Unable to cop up .
After that, am all drowsy like a drug addict or drunkard and keep on lying on bed.
Hey, I just wanted to let you know youāre not alone. Everyone here has urges. The chaser effect can only last for so long, and eventually it will go away. Many people mistakenly believe that once they quit PMO, they will have urges for the rest of their life. But this isnāt true. Itās different for everyone, but the only way to know how long your urges last, is to outlast them. You also said you had porn blockers. I would recommend removing them, but it depends on how much you are in control. Blockers create the forbidden fruit effect, which makes you want porn even more. It makes you feel like youāre blocking yourself from something you want. But I know you donāt want porn. So you donāt need blockers, because Iām sure you can find your way around the blockers anyway if you really wanted to. I used to have blockers, and they didnāt help. I donāt want you to let your guard down, though. Just take it one day at a time. Just make it one day without PMO. Donāt worry about tomorrow, just make it through today. If you get an urge, remember how glad you are to be a NoFapper. It is great that you donāt need to poison yourself anymore. Remember that all the urges you get come from that firsr PMO session and each subsequent relapse. If you quit giving in, you are ridding yourself of a horrible disease. Obviously. But I have been using the blockers for nearly 3 years now. If suddenly I remove them, I need to learn self control. And probably, I will have to fail a lot before the final control. And I couldnāt afford more failures.
Moreover, the thought which doesnāt allows me to take this step is, if I kept on failing after so many blockers. What will happen after removal?
Bro Thatās a huge number, are you talking about days or week. I think you should start slow, make some habits one by one, join a challenge for accountability and report there daily.
Everybody has at some point have their downfall, you just have keep faith and not stay there forever

Its very peculiar to me then. Even after doing so much masturbation, I get on erections very easily after doing streaks of 4-5 days. Though they arent that much hard on, flaccid. But I do get erections.

Hello brother. My highest was 7 times in a day. My observation was When we r hyper active and heavily distracted with no goals to chase, we cling to this stuff.
