It’s sad to hear @Sahas , you need to work on yourself you are not ready yet. You have to master your thoughts to beat this addiction. Search the internet, find new methods, fill your YouTube timeline with nofap videos from nofappers around the world. The more you sorround yourself with them , the less likely will it be you to lose .

And I am really busy this week and the next week , I even skipped my holidays for work. I will not be able to manage this group, sorry .
