To myself and to all others who havent read it
shut the fuck up and read easypeasy entirely once
I have tried reading this but everytime i ended leaving the book too early even when i have heard (read) from people that this book helped them to overcome this addiction and many who still didnt quit it entirely still managed to surpass their limits and many reached 100+ days streak and the reason for their relapse was not following few steps mentioned in this book
So here is the thing to everyone including me

I have tried back in 2021 to follow easy peasy. It never worked for me.

You don’t really need a book to stop doing it . Mindset is important
I’m in, thanks for bringing up the challenge. I’ve had a few wins this year, but a month long streak was not one of them. I tend to procrastinate till the last months, so this challenge seems right up my alley.

And u didnt put efforts
U need to start making change to ur daily life and start being more disciplined
Only then u will succeed
For now it just feels like u r delaying ur relapse nothing else

It has helped me get in right mindset to overcome this addiction
