Yesterday I hade two urges but while feeling the first one I went for a walk and while feeling the second one i just ignored it and kept doing what i was. It went well :D.
I think this is a great improvement because usually I make higher streaks when urges just donāt appear for some reason

At college, there are many females and since you see them on a regular basis , you feel attracted to them and therefore, if you follow celibacy, you will have better control over yourself.
I have left behind lust for the opposite sex so I seriously have no use in talking to them.
Well they are just like friends but humans are made to reproduce and hence have it built in their DNA to attract the opposite sex.
So, at college, if you sole purpose is to study and get a rank, then celibacy will help you fuck those dumb shit distractions away and you will have more time to yourself.
