Since it seems to be so hard to go to the beginning of this topic and read, here’s the rules.
Rules of the challenge
You have to call out any one member whom you want to challenge by using @ symbol. The challenger can only call any member whose streak is greater or lower than him/her.
The challengee, can either accept or reject the Challenge. But the process should happen within 1 week. If not, it will be considered that the challenge is unaccepted.Any Challenger or challengee can engage with only one at a time. No multiple Challenges at the same time.
The minimum challenge streak is 7 days. The maximum challenge streak is 90 days. The challenger decides the number of days he/she want to challenge. The challengee can either accept or ask for a different number of days within the above-given limits and can negotiate between themselves.No backing out. Once accepted, you are in the challenge and a single relapse means K.O.Every victory consist of some points.
One more thing: You guys have to understand, that you won’t be able to do no pmo, because you do a challenge. You do challenges, because you can resist pmo.

Just to add on the rules. You cant battle the same oppenent consecutively. There must be a different opponent in between.

I understand that this gamified challenge is to help the fight, but damn it turned into be like mortal kombat with it’s few minute rounds. Sorry to say, but there is no challenge that will help you get your shit together. You yourself get your shit together, than you do challenges to help keep going.

I’m fine. Lately I’m less tempted, more challenged by the consequences of the ongoing change in my head. Emotionl tiredness. But doing good other way.
