You might grow 1 or 2 inches max now considering your age. Try hanging from a pullup bar on a regular basis for few minutes, might help.

Except for genetics… Nofap basically increases testosterone which will give u all male charecteristics… Good beard, muscle growth, height, deep voice, etc. But ya, if u don’t hav genetics, u may or may not hav such charecteristics to that extent.
