🎮 C.O.D – Control Our Desires

:green_circle: CONTROLLED DAY

Excellent work @mrxdul :clap:t2: Soldier :flexed_biceps:t2: :military_helmet:

Today also stayed in control and honored your commitment to yourself.
Remember: self-control is not built in one big victory. It is built through many small decisions repeated consistently & you’re doing it.
Keep in mind: Don’t become overconfident. Stay focused, stay aware, and continue stacking clean hours into clean days.

Today’s result:
:white_check_mark: Control maintained
:white_check_mark: Progress earned
:white_check_mark: Momentum growing

Keep moving forward Soldier :+1:
:green_circle: = +1 point earned today
Total points :- 4points (4 day)
(As you didn’t mention you handled any urges that’s why didn’t given +0.5 points )

If you like you can aswer these questions no compulsory but it will help you for longer run.

:white_check_mark: Awareness maintained

Today’s lesson is more valuable than today’s discomfort.
You proved that urges can be observed without being obeyed.

Record the trigger. Remember the response.
Mission continues, Soldier. :military_helmet: @dreamboy777

Total score : - 4 points (1 clean day 2 times urges handled, 1 day relapse)

:red_circle: FIRST RELAPSE
Thank you for your honesty.
One relapse does not erase your progress.
Today is information, not a final result.
Today’s result:
:white_check_mark: Honest report submitted

:loudspeaker: 7-DAY TRAINING PROTOCOL

Soldiers.

Listen carefully.

You are already performing better than the 1% who are still sitting in hope… waiting for life to change without lifting a single finger.

That is not us.

That is not this unit.

:military_helmet: TRAINING PHASE: DAY 1–7

Soldiers, understand this clearly:

This training is not about proving strength.

It is about building control. Control over your mind. Control over your urges. Control over your consistency.

Every honest check-in = discipline earned.
Every urge resisted = strength upgraded.
Every setback survived = experience forged into armor.

You are NOT here to “get through 7 days.”

You are here to rebuild the soldier inside you.

Because battles ahead will not ask if you are motivated.
They will only ask:

“Are you trained… or are you weak?”

:bullseye: COMMAND OBJECTIVE

“Secure the next hour. Progress over perfection.”

Repeat it in your mind until it becomes instinct.

Some of you may ask:

“When does the real game begin?”

Wrong question.

The real game has already begun.

Right now.

This moment.

Training is not preparation.

Training is warfare against your old self.

Squads, XP, leaderboards—those are not rewards.

They are consequences of discipline.

And discipline is being built here… silently… daily… hour by hour.

A strong soldier is not created on the battlefield.

A strong soldier is broken, rebuilt, and hardened in training.

:warning: FINAL WARNING

There will be resistance.

There will be urges.

There will be moments you feel weak.

Good.

That is where most soldiers quit.

And that is where you will be tested.

:military_helmet: COMMAND CHECK

Now answer this—honestly, not emotionally:

ARE YOU READY FOR THE BATTLE?

(Again.)

ARE YOU READY FOR THE BATTLE?

(Last time.)

ARE YOU READY FOR THE BATTLE?

If your answer is YES…

Then gear up.

We are approaching the milestone.

After 7 days, we do not “finish training.”

We deploy.

Day 7 will not feel like an ending.

It will feel like a graduation from your old identity.

:military_helmet: STAY DISCIPLINED. STAY SHARP. STAY IN CONTROL.

Good luck, soldier. :rocket:

:military_helmet: Soldier @dreamboy777 you do not have to restart from Day 1.

This is still your Day 5 of training. A relapse does not end your mission. It gives you information, a lesson, and a chance to strengthen your defense.

:collision: :water_pistol::dashing_away: The “First bullet passed very close”.

You got “some cuts, but you survived”. Now you know which mistake exposed your position. :adhesive_bandage:

:warning: But remember: the bullet will not always miss :bullseye:

Your biggest mission now is to “prevent another attack on the same day”.

Do not enter the Chaser Effect:

:green_circle: CONTROL STREAK MAINTAINED

Outstanding work @Kanzo Soldier. :military_helmet::fire:

From Day 1 until today, you have held your position and protected your mission.

This is not just a streak of days—it is proof that discipline is built through repeated decisions, one hour and one choice at a time.

:warning: Stay humble. Stay alert.

The longer you survive, the more important your awareness becomes.

Today’s result:

:white_check_mark: Position secured
:white_check_mark: Discipline strengthened
:white_check_mark: Momentum increasing
:white_check_mark: Mission streak continues

Every controlled day is another victory on the battlefield.

Keep moving forward Soldier :+1:

:green_circle: = +1 point earned today

Total points :- 5points (5 day)

How’s your day today?

@Covertxomic @Awaken_one
Attention Soldiers,
We noticed you haven’t reported your recent check-ins.
Remember, C.O.D. is not about having a perfect record. It is about showing up honestly, learning from your battles, and continuing the mission.
Whether your status is:
:green_circle: Controlled Day
:yellow_circle: Urges Handled
:red_circle: Slip Reported
Your report matters.
A silent battlefield teaches us nothing. An honest report gives us information to improve.
If you missed previous days, don’t wait for a perfect moment to return. Start with today’s check-in.

:military_helmet: Secure the next hour.
:bullseye: Progress over perfection.
Mission continues. :rocket:

  • Every Soldier is responsible for reporting their own training progress daily.
  • Honesty is mandatory. Every battle report must reflect the Soldier’s true status.
  • A relapse does not end the mission. A Soldier who relapses but reports honestly can continue the next training day.
  • Relapse Day = 0 points. No points are earned for that day.
  • No Soldier will be judged, mocked, or criticized for restarting their training journey.
  • A Soldier who misses 3 consecutive days without any update will be marked as Inactive.

:counterclockwise_arrows_button: Return of an Inactive Soldier

  • An Inactive Soldier must restart the 7-Day Training from Day 1.
  • Restarting is not a punishment—it is a decision to rebuild discipline, consistency, and commitment.
  • A true Soldier does not abandon the mission, hide failures, or create false records. They return with honesty and continue the fight.

:balance_scale: C.O.D. Training Principle

Discipline is built through consistency. Victory is achieved through honesty.

The mission is not to maintain a perfect record; the mission is to show up, report truthfully, learn from every battle, and keep moving forward until the objective is completed.
