Recruiter: +50 XP
New Recruit: +25 XP
Active Recruit Bonus
If the recruit completes:
7 days → Recruiter +100 XP
30 days → Recruiter +250 XP
This rewards retention, not just invitations.
This XP will be added in the Game in the end.
