Anyway, I want to share my thoughts with my gang members that it is tough from last few days. After 1 month, urges are strong but I am keeping it aside by staying close to god by bhajan, jaap etc. Workout also helps but I need a strong reason to do this. My p*rnless streak is more than 90 days but my weakness in masturbation. I want to quit this habit forever but I am struggling with dirty thoughts. I am sure that this time we will slay this bad habit together. Let’s do it man. Lets just kill PMO all together.

Hey bro although my streak is nowhere to give u suggestions 
, still I would like to remind u the best way to purify thoughts :-
- keep ur eyes
away from urge source - if u saw something suddenly , repeatedly say that “she is like my sister/mother , how can I think bad about her”
- even if it doesn’t work then fit x-ray machine into ur eyes and imagine her skeleton
and internal organs 
,Ignore the flesh. This will kill the urge for sure. - last step is to drink lots of water , take walk in fresh air , listen bhajan and chant god’s name, etc.
There is no way the urge will survive these steps. Good luck
