Yesterday was my Day 1.

Experiences:

  • I faced a strong urge in the afternoon but overcomed it by chanting God’s name and deep inhalations.
  • I was unproductive whole day just scrolling videos on YouTube.
  • Felt lazy and had low energy.

Experiences:

  • No urges.
  • Again did not done productive works.
  • Compared to Day 1 Energy levels were same i.e, Low.

  • Woke up at 4 AM.
  • Drank 3 litre water.
  • Did Exercises.
  • Read Bhagavad Gita.
  • Cold Shower at 8 AM.
  • Not used my mobile phone before 9 AM, except for studying.
  • Did productive studying.
  • Did not used mobile phone while eating food.
  • :white_check_mark:Had a clean day.

Great, keep it up! Did you try the cold water exposure already? I heard about it in the Huberman Lab podcast that it is very effective for boosting dopamine for a long time, thus feeling more motivated. I also read it might be a good way when urges arrive, but did not test it on my own yet.

There’s a YouTuber, “I am lucid” he also talked how effective cold showers are to beat urges.
