A diary to note down my daily activity.
Today is the 2nd time I watched porn after abstaining it for the past 5 months. I don’t want to fall back into this ditch. It is very easy to fall back, I need support from you guys in order to prevent me from falling back into this. I’ll note my daily activity and post it here, if anyone feels that there are certain things I can change about these daily activities, let me know in the comments
