Breathe in and breathe out

Hi @immortal227 brother.

Happy to help, brother. I am on my way as well, to unlock the brahmatma in me. It will take a long time, perseverance and sincerity, but a karmayogi only wishes to act and does not measure the time when the fruits will show up. I am very happy to find a fellow Brahmachari here. May the blessings of Shiva be upon you !

“The most important count is the number of days since I quit porn. The bigger the number gets, the more it frightens me, because I know all it takes is one relapse to go back to 0. But if I’m honest, I have to be ruthless, because failure is not an option. The same goes for my addiction. I have to be ruthless with myself. I have to use my fear. It makes me stronger. I can’t control what I was, but I can control the zero. Fuck the zero”

The greatest conqueror of all time. And remarkably true what he said. Even though his descendents suffered from alcoholism, he lived a harsh life devoid of impulsive pleasures which gave him the experience he needed for his legendary quests. He set up an empire which stood the test of time for 150 years.

The process to sublimate own energy for higher state of mind body and soul.

Day 22

OMG.
Today morning, this was strong. This Morning wood nearly caught me.
Thankfully I chose to come to the app and pressed the button, “Feel the urge”.
It somehow calmed the mind but still not completely.
I decided to leave the bed, put my running shoes on and left the room. Yes I did it. Yes I did it.

I went for running 4-5 km, roam beside the lake, put on my headphone with my favourite playlist…

Boom…

I’m happy for you. Unfortunately I relapsed, today. Though I wouldn’t counter that it was still my second best streak in years. I still need to embrace the essence of Brahmacharya. I believe I’ll accomplish it this year, reach the endgame finally after a decade of this vicious habit.
