So the plan of this challenge is that we have to break our limits, our recent highest streak whatever it is. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5 days or 50, no target is small.
All that matters is that we don’t ever stop improving. Failure is just a lesson and we start again if we slip. No matter how many times we fail, we avoid chaser effect and we delve back into controlling ourselves and improving again.

My current streak is 3 days. Recent highest streak was 32 days. Have been relapsing repteadly since that one broke. This on and off has wasted 2 weeks of my year. My first target is adding 90 days. Which will be around 15th of may.
